In order to solve the potential problems of buyers, after the sale of goods, we have provided rules called after-sales service.

Due to the wide range of product groups offered on the Tehran Gift Shop website, all products that must reach the consumer in a physically healthy manner have a guarantee of authenticity and physical health and are not subject to a 7-day test and return period.

According to Article 37 of the Electronic Commerce Law, in any telecommuting transaction, the consumer must have at least seven working days to withdraw (the right to withdraw) from accepting it without incurring a penalty or providing a reason. The only cost imposed on the consumer will be the cost of returning the goods.

Article 38- The commencement of the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be as follows:
A- In case of sale of goods, from the date of delivery of goods to the consumer and in case of sale of services, from the date of conclusion.
B) In any case, the consumer will have the right to cancel after providing the information that the supplier is obliged to provide according to Articles (33) and (34) of this law.
C- As soon as the consumer uses the right of cancellation, the supplier is obliged to return the same amount received to the consumer as soon as possible without demanding any money.
D- The consumer’s right to cancel will not be exercised in cases where special conditions govern the type of goods and services. Its cases are in accordance with the by-laws that will be mentioned in Article (79) of this law.

 

1- If the purchased product is inconsistent with the information of the website in terms of specifications or physical appearance:
This difference must be reported to Tehran Gift Shop within 24 working hours.

If this difference can be discerned from the box (color, technical specifications), the product must be returned to Tehran Gift Shop without use and seal. If the seal is opened or the product is used, it is not possible to process the customer’s request.

The technical officials will check the difference within 72 hours of receiving the goods and will be replaced for the customer if approved by the goods expert. If not approved by the experts, the goods will be sent back to the customer.

2- Existence of defects or technical problems in the purchased product:
Defects or technical defects must be reported to Tehran Gift Shop no later than 1 working day after receiving the goods. Included due to improper use of the product by the user, is not included. Improper use after delivery of the goods includes items such as transportation and handling, installation, adjustment, unusual use, maintenance and use other than the manufacturer’s recommendation (stated in the product manual).

After receiving and accepting the goods by Tehran Gift Shop, depending on the type of product and the problem announced by the customer, testing and announcing the final opinion of after-sales service experts will take between 48 to 72 working hours.

3- The purchased product has physical or physical damage or defects:
– Physical damage or defect must be reported to the after-sales service of Gift Shop by phone, email or in person within 24 working hours after receiving the goods.

It is necessary to keep the carton and the main box of products and to avoid throwing it away. Using this service is only possible if the product is returned to Tehran Gift Shop in its original carton or box. Labeling or writing the description, address or any other item on the carton or the main box of the product or tearing and distorting it, will eliminate the possibility of using the return guarantee.

The technical officials will check the defect within 72 hours of receiving the goods and if the goods expert approves, it will be replaced for the customer. If not approved by the experts, the goods will be sent back to the customer.

4- If the customer cancels his purchase:
If the order has not been sent yet, the order tracking unit (02188563262) should be notified as soon as possible.

If the customer cancels her purchase after receiving the goods, she must notify the after-sales service unit within 7 working days.

Tehran Gift Shop does not refer to goods that do not include any of the above options, and in special circumstances, its return is after the approval of the after-sales service expert, because special goods and luxury goods and goods that are low sales and Also, the goods that are purchased at the request of the customer are an exception to this condition, which will be calculated and returned only with the approval of sales experts and at the current price.

The use of this service is possible only if the goods are in their original condition (sealed), have not been used and are sent with all the necessities and accompanying items.

Also, if the goods were sold with the gift, it is necessary to return the gift with it. Please note that any change in the original condition of the product, even in the packaging, will eliminate the possibility of using this service.

5- If damage has occurred as a result of transportation:
If the damage is visible before receiving the package, the customer can refuse to receive the package so that the goods can be returned to Tehran Gift Shop for review and resend.

Since the goods are professionally packaged in Tehran Gift Shop and the delivery is valid to the transport companies, any damage in the transportation is the responsibility of the shipping company and Tehran Gift Shop only if approved The shipping company will compensate the damage.

The damaged goods must be sent to Tehran Gift Shop in the same way as the customer has received, along with all the accessories and supplies, including the minutes of the transport company.

The technical officials will check the defect within 72 hours of receiving the goods and if the goods expert approves, it will be replaced for the customer. If not approved by the experts, the goods will be sent back to the customer.

How to send the goods?

Please contact after-sales service support experts before taking any action.

– Absolutely refrain from sending goods without coordination with the after-sales service of Tehran Gift Shop.

Labeling or writing a description, address or any other item on the carton or the main box of the product or tearing and distorting it, will eliminate the possibility of using the return guarantee. (If necessary, write your description on the back of the purchase invoice or on a separate piece of paper.)

– Send the invoice with the goods and write the problem on the back. If the product is a gift and the invoice was not sent with the order at the buyer’s request, print the pre-emailed invoice or write your order code and purchase details on a separate piece of paper.

– If you live in Tehran, to coordinate sending the courier to receive the goods, contact the Tehran Gift Shop warehouse.

– If you live in other cities, contact Tehran Gift Shop to return the goods.

– Put the purchased product in a separate envelope or carton and do not write the address or any other item on the main package or box.
